HCVC.netthe LifeCare Network

HCVC.net · building the LifeCare Network

Your health. Your data. Your control.

We're building the LifeCare Network. Your health data stays where it was created. A small computer you own brings the AI to it, and keeps only what it learned, never a copy of everything. Providers and applications see only what you choose to share. And you don't have to take our word for any of it: the system publishes a proof you can check yourself, right now, from your browser.

  • Raw data stays at its source
  • Proof you can check
  • Open-source AI models
  • Live on NVIDIA hardware
  • NVIDIA Inception member
  • No trackers on this site

The problem

Today's deal: hand over your health data, or get nothing from it.

Your health story is scattered: glucose with one company, sleep with another, labs with a third. AI could turn all of it into more healthy years. But to get that help today, you have to upload your most personal information to someone's cloud. Once it's there, it's their asset, not yours. You become the product.

The old deal

Upload everything. Trust the company. Hope for the best. Your data becomes their asset, and their business model. We refuse that deal.

Our deal

Your data stays where it was created. The AI comes to it, works for you, and keeps only what it learned. You decide what's shared, you can take it back anytime, and you can check all of this yourself. No data pile. No lock-in. No fine print.

How it works

Three parts. One rule: you're in charge.

A small computer you own

We call it a node. It brings open AI models to the health data you connect (glucose, sleep, weight, workouts), wherever that data was created.

It computes over your raw numbers and keeps only what it learned, never a copy of everything. What leaves is only the conclusion ("protein is on track"), and only with your OK. The software inside is our Healthspan OS.

One key, held by you

LifeCare.ID® is your sign-in and your permission slip. No passwords, just a passkey on your device. You decide which apps may see what, and you can take that permission back anytime. Every access is written into a record you can read.

LifeCare.ID stores no health data at all, ever.

Apps that see conclusions, not your life

Apps on the network get interpreted results only, never your raw readings. The first is ProForta, a wellness companion for people on a GLP-1 journey: protein, strength, and recovery habits. In early beta today.

Proof, not promises

Don't trust us. Check.

Every health company says your privacy matters to them. You can't verify a slogan. You can verify this: our live production node, running our Healthspan OS, publishes a signed proof of exactly what software and AI models it is running. Anyone can check it. No account, no trust required.

Check it yourself in one click

Open lifecare.id/verify. Your browser fetches the live node's proof and re-does the math on the spot: the measurement recomputes from the response itself, and the ECDSA signature checks against the node's published key. You watch it happen.

Real hardware, running today

The production node runs live on an NVIDIA DGX Spark (GB10 Grace Blackwell, 128 GB unified memory), a desk-size AI computer reasoning over CGM, wearable, and body-composition data entirely on-device, with no cloud in the data path. Blackwell Confidential Computing is the designed hardware root our proof plugs into as it ships to the edge. HCVC.net is a member of NVIDIA's Inception startup program.

Open AI models

The AI on the node is open-weight and Apache-2.0 licensed, served via vLLM and Ollama. Anyone can inspect what we run. The proof lists every model by name and license, plus the active learned-parameter version, and the license is checked every time a model loads.

A real app you can see

ProForta is live in early beta: passkey sign-in, a daily dashboard, and guidance served straight from the node. It's a wellness product: it does not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice.

The shape of the node's actual proof. Run the real check live.

Who we're looking for

The network is young. The partners who shape it join now.

Design & technology partners

Early collaborators who want a say in what health AI that answers to the individual should look like, and technology partners exploring case studies or reference workloads on sovereign-edge hardware.

Clinics & practices

Forward-leaning practices exploring a plug-in node for their patients: one that proves what it runs, so patients can trust it without trusting anyone's word, and with no IT burden on your staff.

Self-insured employers

Employers who pay their own health costs, especially those watching the GLP-1 wave, exploring wellness support their people actually control, with no data honeypot to become a liability.

Digital-health builders

App builders who want to build on a foundation where sign-in, consent, and privacy already work, and where the user, not a gatekeeper, is the front door. No lock-in, no platform tax.

Fifteen minutes, direct with the founder.

Partners, builders, case-study inquiries: tell us where you sit, and we'll tell you honestly whether there's a fit.

Also: hands-on services

We also work hands-on with practices.

The LifeCare Network's clinic focus isn't theoretical. It comes from working inside real practices. We build HIPAA-compliant workflow automation for medical practices: prior authorization, scheduling, documentation, and reporting, integrated with your existing EHR/PMS, vendor-agnostic, no lock-in.

Workflow automation

HIPAA-compliant automations and human-in-the-loop AI workflows for the repetitive admin that drowns practice staff.

EHR/PMS integration

Vendor-agnostic: we work with your existing EHR, PMS, and MSP, tailored to your practice, without lock-in.

Audit-ready compliance

Automated reporting, comprehensive analytics, and audit trails designed for regulatory confidence.
